Larry Vallelonga was an absolute pleasure, his efforts and concern were far above and beyond what I expected or could’ve even hoped for. The purchase of my first home, “which was an apartment in the CBD of Adelaide” was neither easy nor straight forward. There were a lot setbacks and double handling. Larry’s diligences and work ethics were always up for the challenge and at times had even more concern than I had, dealing with the agents and developers trying to sort certain things out. Settlement date kept getting pushed back and Larry had to redo things over and over again, working tirelessly to have everything in the correct order that it needed to be in.

Even weeks after settlement Larry had to chase backwards and forwards my First Home Owners Grant, to the point where he was ringing me to check my balance etc. I take my hat off to this man, a true professional!
There was not a second where I was concerned, simply put having Larry as my Home Broker felt like I had a trusted family member working for me, who was the only person throughout this experience who had my best interest at hand. For that with all my gratitude, thank you very much Larry.
