I am very impressed by John Hetzel. I approached several firms by email; John replied almost immediately and his whole manner; open no hard-sell, friendly courteous – made it clear that I would do business with him. He has been very attentive and helpful right through the process and has kept me informed of every small detail. I have already given his card to one prospective client, with my warm recommendation. I do not like the $200 gift card idea though. It is likely to make anyone who signs up think I recommended you just for the bonus. I recommend people and firms because they have earned my regard, not for my personal gain.
