John is very approachable.

I’ve known and dealt with John Hetzel for roughly 5-7 years. In that time he takes a lot of pride in
his job and always tries to get the customer a great deal and the right deal. He is a very courteous
friendly gentleman. If there was ever a problem or clarification in paperwork, John is very
approachable in rectifying a problem or directing me to a better solution. John has a great
character within himself and even tries to be humorous lol.
