I’ve known and dealt with John Hetzel for roughly 5-7 years. In that time he takes a lot of pride in

his job and always tries to get the customer a great deal and the right deal. He is a very courteous

friendly gentleman. If there was ever a problem or clarification in paperwork, John is very

John is such an awesome guy to deal with and will go to the Ends of the Earth to help you purchase your next home. How do I know? Because he did it for us and we love our new home and neighbourhood.

John Hetzel was friendly, professional and hard working. He made sure to get the “best deal” for us and kept us “informed throughout the process.” We would “recommend him “ to other couples and families looking to get a better deal on their home loan. John made the process “ easy and we are grateful all his efforts”. Refinancing has saved us money and given us cash in our pocket too.

Two months ago, I first talked to my bank which I already had a home loan account, for refinancing and buying a new house. The response was not very good. Then talked to several other mortgage brokers looking for any possibility of applying for a home loan.

“Your credit rating is low” one said. and here is a few others said.

” You are 55, you cant have a loan with 30 year term, maximum you can get is 15 years”

“Your income is not enough for 15 year loan”

” How do you think you are going to pay back?”

” Call me again in 2 years time, when you have saved enough for a deposit”

“Your second job must be at least 2 years old to apply for a loan”

I met John at a moment I have given up hopes and John spoke so gently and explained possibilities and showed me the potential.

” Your second job is 6 months old and that would be okay”

John took me on the journey of applying for 2 home loans with proper guidance and in a professional manner. John chose the right bank and the right product that suits my requirement.He skipped the step of having the pre-approval for a loan. He straight went applying for the loan. He took me on this journey providing professional advice, not only about the loan application and helped me at dealing with property managers, and conveyancers. I approached several firms by email; John replied almost immediately and his whole manner; open no hard-sell, friendly courteous – made it clear that I would do business with him. Hello John,

I have been meaning to email you for quite some time but work has been absolutely crazy lately and I really don’t get a lot of time throughout the day to do much else.

I just really wanted to say a big thank you to you for all your support throughout my loan application, very much appreciated! There were some very tricky things that popped up unexpectedly throughout my application that created a great deal of additional stress for me. However without your support and efficient follow up throughout this, I may have been faced with a very different outcome to the positive one that I am very grateful to have received.
