He was very professional in his approach, very quick to respond to any queries, and highly competent. Most importantly for us, going into our first mortgage and first house purchase, he was very patient and able to explain details about the processes involved in an easily comprehensible manner. Excellent at communicating with us.

Larry has been fantastic from beginning to end, putting us at ease in a stressful situation. He has a wealth of knowledge which he used when advising us with our home loan. Explaining things in detail but it a way that was easy for us to understand. Throughout the whole process Larry was excellent at communicating with us.
