Muhamet was polite, friendly and professional with all of our interactions, nothing was ever too much trouble or a question too silly. Muhamet was extremely flexible with his hours, we are shift workers and conventional hours do not suit. He was always available at the end of a phone and always got back to us promptly no matter what the time of day. If we got stuck with the paperwork Muhamet would meet with us to walk us through it.
