Hello John,
I have been meaning to email you for quite some time but work has been absolutely crazy lately and I really don’t get a lot of time throughout the day to do much else.

I just really wanted to say a big thank you to you for all your support throughout my loan application, very much appreciated! There were some very tricky things that popped up unexpectedly throughout my application that created a great deal of additional stress for me. However without your support and efficient follow up throughout this, I may have been faced with a very different outcome to the positive one that I am very grateful to have received.
