Ibrahim made refinancing of my owner occupied property so easy. Thanks to his help, my loan application was approved within the same day, a finesse execution. The whole process also greatly improves our outlook on loans, and the experience has been such an impact that I even kick started my property investment afterwards. I approached several firms by email; John replied almost immediately and his whole manner; open no hard-sell, friendly courteous – made it clear that I would do business with him.
