Kevin Boyle was our contact at your establishment and his no nonsense “Old Fashioned” level of service was always maintained to a high standard. Larry was a great help in refinancing 3 mortgages for us and structured the loans with fixed and variable splits to get the best deal available and a product that met all our needs while enabling us to pay the loans off quicker than before.

We were able to lock in competitive interest rates which were lower than what we had been paying and managed to secure us $6,000 in rebates from the new lender which covered the transfer fees with a lot left over to assist with the repayments further.

He helped us to access the available equity in our home which enabled us to plan some major renovations and to have emergency funds available if necessary.

During the whole process Larry kept in touch and kept us up to date with progress (particularly helpful as this was taking place in the lead up to and over the Christmas break) and ensured that things went very smoothly.
