Being single, self-employed, working in the natural therapies industry, only having one year of income to show and being in the depths of a pandemic would not even get you through the front door with most Mortgage Brokers but not Larry. Larry worked so hard to secure my home loan when others would not even try. He went above and beyond in all areas. Larry’s constant communication meant I always knew where the loan process was at every step of the way. Welcoming, Personable and Diligent.

If I could sum up my experience working with Larry and AAA Mortgages in three words it would be, welcoming, personable and diligent.  I’m a first home buyer with very little knowledge of the house buying process and Larry was there to not only answer my questions regarding financing but all questions regarding the purchasing process.

Discussing with Larry that I wanted to hold onto my savings, he identified that the Family Guarantor loan was a great option going forward. He then had to immediately organise cross-border bank interviews for my family & valuation on my Family’s property in order to verify available equity, enabling me to fully fund my new property purchase without using my savings. All this had to be done in a timely and calculated manner given the time constraints and the complexity of the loan, which he did and had my home loan Approved within the time frames discussed.

Larry and all at AAA Mortgages were ready to work at my level throughout the process and explained the process thoroughly which reduced the stress caused by this huge step for any first home buyer. Once again I thank AAA Mortgages and especially Larry for their hard work, patience and understanding. I can’t wait to work with them again soon.
