If I could sum up my experience working with Larry and AAA Mortgages in three words it would be, welcoming, personable and diligent.  I’m a first home buyer with very little knowledge of the house buying process and Larry was there to not only answer my questions regarding financing but all questions regarding the purchasing process.

Discussing with Larry that I wanted to hold onto my savings, he identified that the Family Guarantor loan was a great option going forward. He then had to immediately organise cross-border bank interviews for my family & valuation on my Family’s property in order to verify available equity, enabling me to fully fund my new property purchase without using my savings. All this had to be done in a timely and calculated manner given the time constraints and the complexity of the loan, which he did and had my home loan Approved within the time frames discussed.

We were able to lock in competitive interest rates which were lower than what we had been paying and managed to secure us $6,000 in rebates from the new lender which covered the transfer fees with a lot left over to assist with the repayments further.

Larry Vallelonga was an absolute pleasure, his efforts and concern were far above and beyond what I expected or could’ve even hoped for. The purchase of my first home, “which was an apartment in the CBD of Adelaide” was neither easy nor straight forward. There were a lot setbacks and double handling. Larry’s diligences and work ethics were always up for the challenge and at times had even more concern than I had, dealing with the agents and developers trying to sort certain things out. Settlement date kept getting pushed back and Larry had to redo things over and over again, working tirelessly to have everything in the correct order that it needed to be in.

Where do I start with our story… my partner Tessa and I had our eyes on a property for a number of weeks. We attended the auction which was passed in and we had our offer accepted by the vendors. We had been told by our broker everything was fine we would be underway with the banks in no time. Days and weeks went by and things went from really exciting being our first home to us being sent a default and our broker giving up and leaving us on our own. We had 3 days to remedy the situation as they were going to accept a cash offer. The night the default was given to us by the vendors we were heartbroken. I had rang my mum in Wagga Wagga NSW to update her that we were going to have to forget it as we didn’t have enough time to start a new process. She then phoned me about 30mins later and said you need to give this man a call first thing in the morning his name is Larry this is his number. I said no I need to ring him now, this was about 8pm. Larry answered I said my mum just spoke to you I will call in the morning but I just needed to fill you in ect ect… Larry said call me in 45mins I’m just sitting down to dinner. We spoke to Larry from 9pm to about 10.30pm, Larry had given us some confidence he could help once he got his head around what had happened. He then came to our house the following night and we got the process started. His communication through the whole process was above and beyond, he was ruthless in his approach with the situation and that is what we needed. To this day I still have no idea how he did it but in 3 days Larry had resolved our issue and got us what we needed to which we are so thankful and I don’t think we’ll ever be able to thank him enough. During the process it felt like Larry was there at anytime for us he became a mate and once the whole process was over we felt a little odd knowing we didn’t have to communicate anymore. Larry has already given us advice about what we can do in the near future and he will be handling all finances for Tessa and I, along with any friends/family that we have.

I was looking for a house for myself. I had applied for home loan through mortgage broker last year but was declined by the bank. There were no proper guidance’s at all. No proper communications between the broker, bank and me.

Then tried another broker declined again. Even me and my wife both have stable and good sources of income at both time applied for loan.

Then some of my friends suggested to go to bank direct. I went and applied for just pre-approval first, but it was worst idea to do. It took 2 months and still I didn’t get pre-approval for home loan from one of reputed banks in S.A. and I withdrew my application.
